After many years of trying to get this Tournament off the ground, it was finally accomplished on Sunday, June 26th at HIGHLAND PACIFIC GOLF COURSE. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, in fact the hottest so far. After such a wretched Spring, it was difficult not to complain about the heat, but the Ladies persevered, and although exhausted and ready for a cold one, good scores were posted.
A total of 17 Ladies participated and hopefully next year, with some early planning, we will be able to fill the field to a total of 30. The Ladies were vying for one trophy (at the present time) which was presented to the overall Club Champion and the Club Net Champion. The Winners were:
