For online entry, go to Contestant Waiver section on entry form.
For paper entry a signed waiver must accompany each entry form and either mailed, faxed or emailed to the Tournament Chair.
Eligibility: Open to all Zone 5 women pairs whose combined Handicap Factor is 53.6 or lower. Difference between partner’s handicap factors must not exceed 10 points at closing date. If over max. combined HF or point difference, Committee will adjust.
Format: Qualifying Round: Alternate Tees/Shots. Pair’s Handicap Factor is ½ combined handicap factors. Cut made after the round based on lowest Net scores. Number of pairs to qualify for Match Play will be determined by number of entries received,
Non-qualifiers will be refunded ½ entry fee.
Match Play: Pairs qualifying are guaranteed two rounds (Monday & Tuesday). First Round – Match Play in flights of 16 pairs
Losers drop to lower flight. Players MUST walk in when match is over.
Field: Determined by number of entries received to a maximum of 64 pairs.
TIES: Qualifying Round: All ties will be broken by matching cards. Best back nine minus ½ handicap..if still tied…then best back 6 minus 1/3 handicap….if still tied, then last 3 holes minus 1/6 handicap, and finally if still tied, 18th hole.
Match Play: In the event of a tie, pairs will continue to the 1st hole for a ‘sudden death’ playoff, taking strokes as they fall.
