Our Amateur Team of AKARI HAYASHI and CINDY KOIRA took the honours in the 2-day Zone Team Competition, winning by 5 strokes. The BC Women’s Amateur, played at the Golden Golf & Country Club, finished up on July 13th.
Overall, Akari finished T6 and Cindy, T21. Alexa Matthews also played in the Championship, placing 34th. In the Best Ball competition, Cindy and her partner tied for 7th (289) and Akari and her partner, finished 9th (291).
CONGRATULATIONS and Good Luck with your summer tournaments. Next year, the BC Women’s Amateur will be played in Nanaimo.
