While the day was a little damp around the edges, it didn’t seem to bother the girls as they tested their skills at putting and 9 holes of golf on the lovely Cordova Bay RIDGE Golf Course.

PUTTING was the fun sport of the day with all 19 girls taking part. Thank you to Sandy Drever and Susan Dafoe for helping the girls to maneuver the various set-ups laid out by Carol. 
TEEING AREA: The girls battled the elements showing off some lovely swings on the tee, even a BIRDIE and an almost CHIP-IN!!

FINALLY LUNCH:
Finally back into the Clubhouse to warm up and to sit down to lunch and accept their prizes. Lisa Pai scored a 32 and Emma Kral 33 for the 9 holes. A total of 19 girls took part ranging in age from 6 to 18. Our thanks to Trista for volunteering to help the younger girls. Our thanks also to the parents who came along and followed as the girls played the course.
Our grateful thanks to Jim Goddard of Cordova Bay Golf Club for providing the venue and for making all the arrangements with the staff. A very fun and successful day.
