Congratulations to DEBBIE NEEDHAM, Zone 5 Rules Chair, who recently attended an R&A National Level Rules Seminar, conducted by Golf Canada, and passed a ‘NATIONAL LEVEL EXAMINATION IN THE RULES OF GOLF, WITH MERIT’.
While most of us love to curl up with a thriller or romance novel, you’ll find Debbie’s favourite bedside reading is the Rules of Golf. We are very fortunate to have someone that has such a love for the subject….she’s kind, calm and very funny. We have our own Dr. Debbie!
