Bending over to tee up a ball or worrying about the rule changes, might not be the most pleasant events on January 1st!! However, there is one lady that lives for her days on the course, with Rule Book in hand, to help us muddle through our mistakes. Just ask her “I love the rules!!” And who might that be?
