Final Day – July 7th 
Alisha Lau cruised to a 10 shot win at the BC Junior Girls, easily securing a place on the Junior team to Nationals.   Akari finished 7th with consistent rounds and Cindy placed 26th.   Congratulations to all the girls. 

Day 2 – July 5th  –
There are still two rounds to go in the BC Junior Girls Championship but after following up her course record-setting 67 with a bogey-free 68 on day two, Alisha Lau now has a  9-shot lead over her closest rival.
Akari turned in a 76 to remain at T7; Cindy made nice progress with a 79 (22nd), Sarah followed with a 97 (42nd) and Claudia sits at (40th) after a round of 91. 
Day 1 – July 4th  – 
Richmond’s Alisha Lau fired a Ladies’ course record 67 on The Bear at The Okanagan Golf Club today to take a 3-shot lead over Surrey’s Angel Lin in the opening round of the BC Junior Girls Championship. 

Leading Zone 5 Golfers is Akari Hayashi (UP) with a solid 74 – T-7; followed by Team members Cindy Koira (GM) with an 80 T-24, and Sarah Phipps (VGC) at 87 T-38).  Claudia Singh (VGC) finished with  an 89.
